Due to variations in international trade, exchange rates and other factors, combined with long lead times involved in the design and production of our products, prices quoted may be subject to change without notice.  This includes pricing of items in our advertising.

Reservation Policy

Your reservation of an SMRtrains product is a contract between you and our company in which we agree to sell you the reserved product at the promised price. If you have reserved an SMR product and a price change occurs, you will be given a choice to continue to hold your reservation or request a prompt and full refund of any reservation fees paid.

When the product is in stock, you will be sent a shipping notice prior to shipment.  Payment in full will be required at that time, prior to shipping.  If you are unable to complete the transaction within thirty days of shipping notice, SMRtrains reserves the right to retain your deposit (if any) and sell the product to another customer. 

If SMR is unable to ship the product more than 60 days after the availability date as posted in this web site, SMRtrains will return your full deposit upon request.
